The process for development of legislative requirement register will be divided in three steps:

  • Identifying the applicable Acts/Rules from the list.
  • Identifying the detailed specific legislative requirements by drilling down in the Acts/Rules and tabulating them in LRR and other documents in format attached as annexure 1.
  • Making the Legislative Requirement monitoring sheet and compliance audit check list.
